A highlight of my visit to Jakarta was seeing Australian produce used in Indonesian cuisine. I joined renowned Indonesian chef Vindex Tengker at Ranch Market, where we cooked a delicious steak with rendang glaze – made with premium Australian beef and accompanied by fresh Australian vegetables. Australian beef is recognised by our friends in Indonesia for its quality, safety and reliability. As Australia and Indonesia continue to strengthen agricultural trade and cooperation, it’s exciting to see more Indonesians gaining access to high-quality Australian products.
