Dr WEBSTER (Mallee) (14:40): My question is to the Prime Minister. Under the so-called National Fuel Security Plan, can the Prime Minister list who will be classified as a critical user?

Government members interjecting—

Ms Catherine King interjecting—

The SPEAKER: Order. The minister for infrastructure, I can't hear the question. It's a two-way street. I've got to hear the question and then I've got to hear the answer. I'm going to ask the member for Mallee to begin her question again so that I can hear it.

Dr WEBSTER: Thank you, Mr Speaker. My question is to the Prime Minister. Under the so-called National Fuel Security Plan, can the Prime Minister list who will be classified as a critical user?

Mr ALBANESE (Grayndler—Prime Minister) (14:41): I thank the member for her question. I note that in the question she speaks about the 'so-called' National Fuel Security Plan. I hope that the member has informed Premier Rockliff, Premier Crisafulli and Lia Finocchiaro in the Northern Territory that she doesn't regard the hard work that was done over the weekend to produce the National Fuel Security Plan, and who, in the days afterwards—

Opposition members interjecting—

Mr ALBANESE: I was asked about the National Fuel Security Plan, and I am answering it.

The SPEAKER: Order. The Prime Minister is answering the question. Just everyone—

Mr Chester: We'll wait till seven o'clock for it.

The SPEAKER: The Leader of the Nationals in the House of Representatives! I showed a great deal of respect for the member for Mallee. We just can't have a free-for-all. It's not on. Questions are going to be heard in silence. Courtesy was given to one side; do the same for the Prime Minister, or any other minister, answering a question. Prime Minister.

Mr ALBANESE: Thanks, Mr Speaker. I was asked about the National Cabinet document that was agreed unanimously at National Cabinet. We know from their talking points, backed up by the questions they have asked here today, that they actually want things to get harder for Australians because they think it will be better for them.

The SPEAKER: Has the Prime Minister concluded his answer?

Mr Albanese: Yes.
