From today, we’ve introduced mandatory safety training for early education and care workers. It might be the most important thing we do here. The workers in our childcare centres are the best asset we’ve got to keep our kids safe. It’s all about giving them the tools they need to spot someone hiding in clear sight and to have the skills to take action.
