🏘️ COUNTRIES THAT DON’T ALLOW SUD-DIVISION CREATE POVERTY 🏘️ If you encourage subdivision of land you can create growth and development. More of your population can secure a home and generate wealth. If you lock up land in approvals and red tape, you generate poverty, soaring costs, rental and/or welfare dependency. Australia has so many bureaucrats that have created so many approvals and red tape that we are becoming a nation where wealth only belongs to a few. Unlocking land in the regions for housing is the key to getting Australia off this hamster wheel.. yet Government seems to be doing the opposite. 🚨 FOR MORE EXPLANATION WATCH BOB’S NEW PODCAST EPISODE: The Great Australian Dream is now a Debt Nightmare 🚨 🎧 Listen and watch on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/episode/0x...

We also have jobs.. we’re crying out for trained professionals, tradies, farm, hospitality and almost all other workers. We are desperate for growth, infrastructure and services. YET, the Australian government seems hellbent on funnelling people into our EXPENSIVE major cities, where the price of housing will have them burdened by debt for decades. Just one example is the $1.5 Billion they recently allocated in their budget towards housing infrastructure in our major cities (less than 1% of Australia’s land mass). Whilst providing the regions, that have the other 99% of Australia’s land mass, with only $0.5 billion. Seriously!!!!...
