Paul was born in 1962 in Bunbury. He was raised in the small South West town of Burekup, where his father was a leading hand with the Water Corporation and his mother was a dental nurse and school cleaner. Paul attended Bunbury Senior High School.

A beautiful morning in Margaret River to celebrate a $7.1 million boost to our South West Emergency Services volunteers. Joined Commissioner Klemm for the official opening of the brand new Margaret River Volunteer Fire and Rescue Station and handover of appliances and vehicles to Margaret River VFRS, Augusta VFRS, Manjimup SES, Bridgetown SES and Cowaramup BFB.
