I’m thrilled to be continuing as your Greens spokesperson for Early Childhood Education and Care. We’ve already pushed Labor to scrap the activity test for three days a week, now we need to keep working for free, universal early childhood education for all kids! As an environmental lawyer and someone who grew up in the regions, I’ve spent so much of my life advocating for a safe climate future, so I’m thrilled to be picking up the resources portfolio as well as becoming the Greens assistant spokesperson for climate and energy. Gas

Larissa Waters will be leading the Greens! I cut my teeth as a campaigner working alongside the wonderful Larissa Waters on the community led campaign to end coal seam gas exploration in Western Victoria. As a fellow environmental lawyer, I’ve always admired her deep commitment to protecting our precious places, and more recently her strong representation for women and our democracy. Larissa is tenacious, compassionate and a dear friend. I feel honoured to serve in a Greens parliamentary team with her at the helm. Congratulations to our newly elected leadership team - we are in competent hands. Onwards! 💚🌏
